I grow Pongamia in South Florida USA.
My email is mike@pongamia.biz. Send me an email and I will try to assist you on seed, and seedlings. The seed size varies by species throughout the world, bigger seeds mean more oil.

If we want clean green electric power for cars that's great, but what is being done to produce more cheap electricity apart from the coal fired power stations?
Only when this country wakes up and realises that the cheapest energy in the world is solar.
If this government was really serious about saving money, cutting out greenhouse gases, then every house should be given rebates for solar water and electricity generation, and our huge unused continent could be covered with solar panels and wind farms to power every forseeable power use required. Of course it would be expensive to build, but there is so little on-going costs it is a no brainer. Yes bring on the electric cars, electric trucks, motor bikes etc etc etc but lets power them by that amazing God given free fuel source, the Sun!

Hydrogen power has been used for years. Just check how long BMW have been working on it. Even now, I believe the figure is 100 of the 7 series BMW's are being used by corporate and Govt executives around the world, so they are well ahead of the game.

None of this is new. In my younger days there was a similar German car called the Meschersmidt. (Spelling?) Like the VW1 the seats were in tandem and it too was designed similar to the cockpit of the plane from which it was designed. BMW made the Isetta, single door in the front and a bench seat that held two, with a BMW motorbike engine. We owned one of these for several years and was ideal as a second car. It literally ran on the smell of an oily rag and took up little parking space as you parked front into the kerb.
There have been a number of electric cars in the past, but one could never purchase, only lease. They were so good that the authorities recalled them all and crushed them as the oil companies and Gov'ts were losing too much revenue! Even now a good diesel as in BMW's 3 series are easily as economical as these hybrid things.
Then we know of at least 3 water fuelled cars but again the inventors mysteriously dissappeared!!!!!

It all sounds like a lot of hot air to me. If these so called manufacturers state they have these air/fuel cars and they are so good why isn't every government around the world building factories and providing opportunities for these to be made imediately?
Too much hot air and no real results in the market place. And now its starting to feel like an April fools joke.
