Well, after using quite a few tank fulls of fuel on the commute to and from work I’m a bit disappointed. I’m consistently getting 320km from 19L of fuel. By my calculations that is 5.9L/100km. I said at the beginning of this that I was getting anywhere between 5.7 and 6.0L/100km. Either my original calculations were optimistic or I’m getting no advantage from the Fuelsaver.

After more than a year of running Envirofuel I have decided that I will no longer be updating the site. Envirofuel remains relevant and should continue. Instead of letting Envirofuel slowly fade into Internet history I’m looking for someone to take over editorial responsibility. If you, or someone you know, are interested in taking up the cause please contact me.

The 26th of January is the day us Aussies celebrate the wonderful country we live in. Despite the fact that we sometimes complain about it a lot, the benefits of living in Australia far outweigh the negatives. Our sunburned country is a great place to be.

Today is not just the first day of 2008, it is also Envirofuel’s 1st Birthday. After blogging for a year I’ve got to say the hours required to maintain Envirofuel are many but I’ve enjoyed the experience very much. My thanks for your readership, feedback, comments and support during 2007. I look forward to more of the same, in ever increasing numbers, in 2008.
